Question 1

How accurate are the phone prices?

Accepted Answer

Every price you see is a real asking price recorded from a Nigerian seller or market listing, never a guess. Prices still move with the exchange rate, the storage size and the shop, so treat them as a strong guide and confirm the final figure before you pay.

Question 2

How often are prices updated?

Accepted Answer

We re-check our tracked listings regularly and each result shows the date it was last confirmed. Anything older than a month is clearly marked so you know to double-check it.

Question 3

Do prices include new and used phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where sellers list them we show brand new, UK used and Nigerian used prices separately, because the same phone can differ by hundreds of thousands of naira between conditions.

Question 4

Can phone prices differ between Nigerian cities?

Accepted Answer

They can. Computer Village in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt often differ by a few thousand naira on the same model, and delivery may be added on top. Use the range shown here as your benchmark.

Question 5

How do I report an incorrect price?

Accepted Answer

Use the “Report an incorrect price” button on any result. Your report goes to our team for review — nothing you send is published automatically.

Question 6

Can I receive an alert when a phone becomes cheaper?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use “Notify me when the price drops”, tell us your target price and how to reach you, and we will contact you when a tracked seller falls to that price.
