Warranty

Every phone listed here is brand new, so it carries the manufacturer's warranty for Nigeria.

What you get

Brand new phones normally come with 12 months of manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing faults. Batteries, chargers and cables are often covered for a shorter period — check the card in the box.

What warranty does not cover

  • Cracked screens, dents and other physical damage.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Unauthorised repairs or software modification (rooting, custom ROMs).

Keep these safe

  • Your receipt or WhatsApp order confirmation.
  • The box, with the IMEI label.
  • The warranty card, where one is supplied.

Making a claim

Message us on WhatsApp at 0802 978 3189 and we will point you to the nearest authorised service centre for your brand, or handle the claim with the supplier on your behalf where we can.
